Hi, Amazing that you have 3 smaller plants dedicated to SF. It looks like you draw from the ocean based on the picture. Looks like one only turns on during wet weather too for possibly collecting more rain water. While the east bay and surrounding areas focus on the mountain run off. Dan
Hey Sandy, I see that Oceanside TP is the newest one of the three. I'm assuming it was added because of population growth over time. I wonder when will there be a need for another one? What was used before the other two were built?
